Photoshoot in Valletta - portraits of an elderly man

Sometimes I receive particular requests - like the one from Claude a few days ago. Claude was on holiday in Malta for his birthday and he wanted to immortalise the moments here. He saw my photography work and was in love. And hence, a quick email a few days before the session and it was luck that I was available … and that I had recovered from a nasty cold.

So together we roamed in the streets of Valletta and as I normally do, I started to get to know Claude a bit better before actually starting to shoot with him. After having understood the task in hand and the personality of Claude, I knew what type of images I had to create in view of the mood board we had set. This was really a fun project and I just love when people love art and have so much faith in me and my work that they let me express it.
